The Storied Way Perspective with Rituparna
The Storied Way Perspective with Rituparna Ep 8 Part 2 | Featuring Geeta Ramanujam, Kathalaya
In this episode, Rituparna continues the conversation with Ms. Geeta Ramanujam, Executive Director of Kathalaya Trust & International Academy of Storytelling, @kathalaya1998.
In this exclusive one-on-one conversation, Geeta Ma’am shares her view on competition and comparison between storytellers today. How to craft your niche and the virtues of patience & practice for every storyteller in India.
Geeta Ma’am and Rituparna are two very different storytellers. They approach their work differently, and yet, they agree on the need to look within and find one’s purpose of storytelling. Isn’t that so true!
As a Storytelling, Training, Consulting, and Coaching company, we look up to Geeta Ma’am’s incredible contribution to the field of storytelling. Over the years, many students have completed Kathalaya’s Beginners / Diploma courses to enroll in Tickle Your Story Bones, our own storytelling program. And vice-versa!
While our courses are not comparable, what is equitable, though, is our commitment to empowering storytellers in every way possible. We are committed to strengthening the storytelling ecosystem, one storyteller at a time, and we are both doing it in our own ways.
